The Red and Gena Leonard Foundation Scholarship is available for High School Seniors and current college students who meet the following criteria:
Have average GPA – we start reading applications at the 2.0 level, but go up from there
Desire to go into a trade or working class profession – we fund many majors from agriculture, mechanics, welding, education, nursing, dental hygiene and many, many others
Desire to go to school in Oregon
Show financial need based on FAFSA
Graduate / obtain GED from an Eastern Oregon school
Students can print applications from our website at www.leonardfoundation.org Please encourage all students to fill out an application.
The deadline is March 31.

The Ione Boys basketball host Trinity Academy tonight Tuesday February 22 at 6pm . This is a state playoff game so there is a gate charge of $8.00 for adults and $5.00 for ages 5 to high school age.
The Ione Girls basketball will host North Clackamas Christian tomorrow February 23 at 6pm in Arlington! This is a state playoff game so there is a gate charge of $8.00 for adults and $5.00 for ages 5 to high school age.

Due to staff shortages we will be executing school on Friday, January 21st, remotely. We will have no staff or students in the building this Friday.
Elementary students will take work home with them tomorrow, and Secondary students will be completing Friday’s work through Google Classroom.
