Limited In-Person Instruction begins the week of September 21st
Students will come either Tuesday or Wednesdays
Busing will not start running until week of September 28th
Drop off and Pick Up - New Process
All students, staff and parents will be expected to wear face coverings when arriving and departing.Students will wear the face covering while in school as well.
Social distancing will be practiced by all students, staff and parents when arriving and departing.
Students will be at Ione Elementary School from 1:00-3:00 pm and are divided into daily cohorts. Check to make sure you know what day your child attends, please don’t just send them without knowing their scheduled day.
DROP OFF: Students arriving by vehicle or walking: CANNOT BE DROPPED OFF Before 12:50
Staff will direct students where to line up k-3 outside the door by playground, 4-6th on sidewalk outside the main entrance to the building.(Unfortunately, no parents, volunteers or visitors may enter the building.)
PICK UP: Students who are being picked up by vehicle or walking:
A staff member assigned to your student’s class will line up with them in front of the school for the main door 4-6th grade, and by the playground door K-3 , maintaining social distancing. A staff member will call student names when their parent/car arrives to pick them up, please do not exit your car.
Must be Picked up @ 3:00 -no later than 3:10. The playground is still closed to any public access
DROP OFF/PICK UP: Students arriving on a bus:
Buses will pull up along the playground side of the building, they will be spread out keeping distance between each bus.
Each bus cohort will unload/load separately.
Students will be directed to their teacher’s line up spot
As students leave school, students will line up outside with their teacher and walk directly to their bus when they arrive.

Dejar y recoger - Nuevo proceso
Todos los estudiantes, el personal y los padres usan máscaras al llegar y al salir.
El distanciamiento social será practicado por todos los estudiantes, el personal y los padres al llegar y al salir.
Los estudiantes estarán en la Escuela Primaria Ione de 1: 00-3: 00 y se dividirán en grupos diarios. Verifique para asegurarse de saber a qué día asiste su hijo; no lo envíe sin saber el día programado.
DEJAR: Estudiantes que llegan en vehículo o caminando: NO PUEDE DEJAR ANTES DE LAS 12:50
El personal dirigirá a los estudiantes donde alinear grados K-3 fuera de la puerta por el patio de recreo, grados 4-6 en la acera afuera de la entrada principal al edificio. (Desafortunadamente, ningún padre, voluntario o visitante puede ingresar al edificio).
RECOGER: Estudiantes que son recogidos en vehículo o caminando:
Un miembro del personal asignado a la clase de su estudiante se alineará con ellos frente a la escuela para la puerta principal grados 4-6, y por la puerta del patio de recreo grados K-3, manteniendo el distanciamiento social. Un miembro del personal llamará a los nombres de los estudiantes cuando su padre/coche llegue para recogerlos, por favor no salga de su automóvil.
Debe de recoger a las 3:00 y no más tarde de las 3:10. El patio de recreo todavía esta cerrado para el uso público
DEJAR / RECOGER: Estudiantes que llegan en un autobús:
Los autobuses se detendrán en el carril de autobuses, estarán esparcidos manteniendo la distancia entre cada autobús.
Cada cohorte (grupo) de autobuses descargará / cargará por separado.
Los estudiantes serán dirigidos al lugar de la fila de su maestro por su salón.
Cuando los estudiantes salen de la escuela, los estudiantes se alinearán afuera con su maestro y caminarán directamente hacia su autobús cuando lleguen.
